Description Valora St. Anthony, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Registered Nurse, RN to join our growing team! Valora St. Anthony is located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our community is easily accessible via major roads, including Highway 38 (St. Anthony Blvd) and Highway 65, making us a convenient option for employees in St. Anthony, Columbia Heights, Northeast Minneapolis, Shoreview, and Roseville. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 73-unit assisted living and care suites. Join our team today! Schedule: Part-Time, Weekdays 4pm-12am and Every Other Weekend 9am-6pm Wage: $34.00-$39.00 per hour Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? In this position, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Health Services while maintaining quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards in accordance with individual care plans. Duties Include: Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments. Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident/tenant population. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a RN. Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
