Job Duties Assist with heat treating operations by loading and unloading parts, furnaces, baskets, fixtures, and bins. Monitor and adjust temperatures to achieve required surface hardness specifications. Inspect materials and report equipment issues, irregularities, or production concerns to supervisors. Handle customer inventory carefully to prevent damage and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, heat treating, or industrial experience preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment. Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Leadership qualities such as attentiveness, patience, dependability, and problem-solving skills are a plus. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift. Comfortable working around industrial furnaces, heat treatment equipment, and manufacturing machinery.
