Key skills Project/program management and Agile governance Project planning, staffing, RAID, and dependency management KPI and SLA tracking with governance reporting Customer/stakeholder management and offshore delivery coordination Core responsibilities Own project plans, milestones, staffing, risks, and dependencies Lead governance reviews and executive-level status reporting Coordinate customer stakeholders and distributed delivery teams Monitor KPIs, SLAs, budget/schedule health, and corrective actions Act as an onsite coordinator for offshore teams Managerial expectations Strong customer communication, independent ownership, prioritization, risk escalation, cross-team collaboration, and adherence to enterprise governance and security standards.
