Education Requirements No specific education requirements. Valid driver's license required. Ability to follow workplace procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions. Experience Requirements Previous automotive detailing, car washing, cleaning, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail when cleaning and preparing vehicles. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching while cleaning vehicles. Ability to work both inside and outside vehicles for extended periods. Capable of performing continuous physical activity throughout the workday. Job Duties Vacuum, wash, scrub, and clean the interior and exterior of vehicles. Prepare vehicles for auction by ensuring they meet cleanliness and presentation standards. Perform detailed cleaning of vehicle surfaces, carpets, seats, windows, and trim. Move vehicles within the garage area as needed after completion of required driving screening. Work efficiently to meet daily production and quality expectations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Clock in and out daily and for lunch using the Staffmark timekeeping system.
