This opportunity is based on a Material Handler career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Job Duties Load and unload products, materials, and shipments. Move, stack, stage, palletize, and wrap products for storage or shipment. Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders accurately. Transfer materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. Sort and place inventory in designated warehouse locations. Count, verify, and record incoming and outgoing materials. Prepare products and parcels for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, distribution, material handling, or shipping/receiving experience preferred. Experience loading, unloading, picking, packing, and staging products is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills required for counting, verifying, and tracking inventory. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
