Description The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Director/Manager in providing overall leadership and direction for the unit or areas of responsibility and for creating an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care that achieves operational and clinical "Best Practice". Participates with the Director/Manager for overseeing all aspects of the care delivery system and works organizationally to improve service. Participates with the manager to create and implement an operational budget annually, monitoring performance monthly. Responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring and modeling service excellence behaviors to charge nurses and staff. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable.
