Salary Range: $79,616 - $107,593

DCS is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to support the F/A - 18 Integrated Product Team at China Lake, CA.

Essential Job Functions:

Devise and configure DevOps pipelines, using tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, MSBuild, RedGate, Bitbucket, Docker, and NuGet, NPM.

Build and maintain scripts and microservices across the full cycle of software development and operations.

Work with Linux Servers (Red Hat), Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS.

Work closely with developers to maintain code performance standards, best practices, deployment paradigms, and versioning.

Establish multiple deployment pipelines targeting varied architectures and operating systems.

Implement Configuration Management (STIGs) into various applications.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must be able to work onsite - This position is not remote work eligible.

BS degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline with 5 years' experience and, at least 3 years of experience within IT, focused on DevOps.

Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information: eligible for Secret level U.S. DoD clearance.

Understanding of software lifecycle.

Experience with source code management and version control using enhanced Git repositories (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Bitbucket).

Experience with DevOps tools across the software lifecycle (e.g., Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, Ansible, and Fortify).

Desired Skills:

Understanding of C# and Java code syntax and use; .NET Framework/Core.

Experience with scripting in Linux and Windows, such as Shell (Bash) and PowerShell; Ansible.

Ability to leverage JSON, REST APIs, and Web Hooks as needed through the pipeline.
