The cardiologist, cardiac surgeons and vascular surgeon at the Johns Hopkins Heart and Vascular Institute work together to provide high quality, comprehensive care and the most advanced treatments known to medicine.

The Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CVIL) department is searching for a CVIL Tech Manager to lead our elite team. As a CVIL Manager you will:



  • manage the daily activities of the CVIL department
  • coordinate training
  • oversee the CVIL staff (techs, clerical, maintence)
  • ensure prompt and efficient patient care

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Completion of an AMA approved Radiology Technology program which includes Cardiovascular techniques and principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business related field
  • ARRT certification
  • Valid CPR card
  • RCIS or CIT advanced training
  • Valid Radiology Tech license by the Maryland Board of Physicians
  • Three (3) years of experience in Cardiovascular Technology
  • At least three (3) years with leadership and/or management responsibilities

Full Time (40 hours)

Salary Range: Minimum 41.26/hour - Maximum 72.23/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
