Overview:

We are seeking JD students graduating in 2027 to join the Trusts & Estates Department in our Fargo office in Fall 2027.

In addition to an interest in estate planning and a background in finance, accounting, or business, we look for well-rounded individuals who have strong intellectual, problem-solving, analytical, and writing skills, and who have also participated in leadership roles in their schools or communities. Successful candidates display skills and interest in teamwork, an entrepreneurial spirit, taking initiative, a client-orientation, and the ability to create, advance, and deepen relationships. We prefer to see students who are in the top 25% of their class. Ties to or interest in North Dakota are a plus.
