Field Services Representative

Under the direction of location management, this full-time position supports the sales/administration team from start of the project to completion of the home. This includes: supporting sales representatives in the field, working with superintendents and installers on the jobsite, ensuring master material templates are accurate, job specific documents reflect the material needs, and represent the company on the jobsite. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, organized person who wants an office job without the office!

Essential Functions:

• Communicating with superintendents, install crews, and internal support team to ensure timely material deliveries and installation.
• Become knowledgeable of doors, millwork, and hardware.
• Using floor plans, identify and confirm door and millwork needs on jobs.
• Ability to learn the company's software systems and procedures quickly.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with material in the field.

Basic Qualifications:

Requirements

• Clean DMV record
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a measuring tape
• Flexible schedule

Experience

• Construction experience preferred
• Customer service

Education

• High school diploma and/or G.E.D. equivalent
