Client Financial Services Specialist (Indianapolis)

We are seeking a Client Financial Services Specialist to support our Indianapolis office. A Client Financial Services Specialist maximizes firm revenue by working with attorneys and then communicating with clients to obtain payment while maintaining high client service standards. All Taft employees operate under a "Client First" philosophy-in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.

Essential Functions:

• Generate and review accounts receivable reports.
• Review of monthly Reminder Statements.
• Meet with attorneys to review accounts receivable.
• Conduct custom collection plans for each client that consists of emails, phone calls and standard mail correspondence.
• Enter notes and client contact information in database.
• Solve problems quickly and create resolutions that bring in revenue.
• Work closely with team members to create ways to bring in revenue and find success as a group.
• Conduct credit searches for new client intake, report results and make recommendation on client intake and retainer requirement.
• Assist attorneys in meeting their reporting year goals.
• Assist firm in meeting their fiscal year end goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong communication, negotiation and client service skills.
• Experience with Excel is helpful.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required (some college preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in client service is preferred along with proven ability to overcome obstacles to get results.
