Primary focus is contributing as a key member of a technical team supporting plant production as a subject matter expert in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and automation controls support. This position will work with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production downtime, identify root causes, and investigate, develop, and test machine and process improvements. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
