Overview AmTrust Financial Services, a fast-growing commercial insurance company, has a need for a Director, WC Claims. Those within a 50 mile radius of an AmTrust office will be expected to abide by a hybrid schedule. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the Workers Compensation claims line of business. It requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills, interpretation of rules and statutes, ability to make timely and effective decisions and to develop and take appropriate corrective actions. This role will also be responsible for analytic measurement and improvement of the workers compensation line of business, including managed care. The Director is responsible for line of business metrics and analysis, including, operational metrics, data quality and SOX compliance. This position reports directly to the VP of Claims Technical and indirectly to the Zonal VPs and the Managed Care organization. Responsibilities
