Job Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Create and implement lesson plans tailored for young children.
  • Staff Supervision: Schedule, train, and manage staff to ensure high professionalism and adequate coverage.
  • Guest Service: Handle guest complaints, ensuring a positive experience for both children and parents.
  • Record Keeping: Oversee paperwork for registration, check-in, and check-out; maintain detailed incident records.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the pre-ski school is clean, safe, and well-maintained; submit bi-weekly safety reports.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor and control expenses related to programming.
  • Food & Beverage Coordination: Order, serve, and manage lunch and snack supplies.
  • Daily Operations: Assist with bathroom breaks, minor accidents, and clothing adjustments; organize activities and ensure children are ready for outdoor fun.
  • Team Support: Hold staff meetings, recognize performance, and assist with other duties as needed.


Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED


Preferred Experience:

  • At least 18 Months Experience in a related field and at least 1 year experience working in a supervisory capacity
  • Must be willing & able to learn to ski
  • Knowledge of safety practices, CPR/first aid certification preferred
  • Previous outdoor experience is a plus
  • May require lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
