Job Summary: Responsible for directing guests and employees to parking spots while complying with the Palisades Tahoe safety policies and procedures.

Applicants must be 18 years of age.

Hourly:

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Base hourly pay range: $18.68 - $24.28 per hour

Essential Responsibilities:

Set up cones, signs, and barricades in parking areas. Direct drivers to parking spots. Answer guests' questions or direct them to someone who can. Keep parking areas clean and pick up trash. Assist with traffic control on busy days. Maintain order in loading/unloading zones, manage temporary parking. Shovel snow as needed.

Competencies and Requirements:
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and safety awareness.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Neat and clean appearance per company standards.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Team player.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous customer service experience.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk or stand for 90% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
  • Must have close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.


Working Conditions:

Indoor/Outdoor: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently be exposed to outside winter weather conditions, including extreme cold and blizzard like conditions.

Hazardous Materials/Noise: The noise level in the work place is usually moderate.
