  • Pay: $15.75 per hour
  • Start Date: Mid-November with positions available throughout the season.
  • Seasonal: This position is available from Mid-November to Late March, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year
  • Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through greeting, phone handling, and efficient POS transactions.
  • Foster a positive team environment and enforce operational procedures, including opening/closing and daily duties.
  • Communicate effectively with written and verbal instructions, resolve conflicts, and share relevant information.
  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, merchandise handling, and monitoring shrinkage.
  • Support staff with POS transactions, housekeeping, and merchandising.
  • Ensure store quality through restocking and proper product merchandising.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and completing weekly training.


Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED


Preferred Experience:

  • 6 months in a position involving sales, hospitality, or training of others.
  • 1 year in a retail operation is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required to complete necessary daily tasks.
