We are a growing firm and that creates exciting opportunities for our staff! Responsibilities Manage federal and state-funded projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders. Provide oversight and guidance to sub-consultants. Ensure compliance with project requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 15 - 20 years of related experience, including 5 - 10 years as a Resident Engineer. Familiarity with IDOT specifications and documentation requirements. Proficiency in managing projects involving in-stream work permits. Experience with large concrete and steel structures. Hold a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license. Familiarity with Class 1 Railroads and Meta is a bonus.
