GENERAL SUMMARY
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing best-in-class customer service and support for DeZURIK representatives and customers. Duties include providing timely lead time and order status to DeZURIK representatives for assigned product line(s), working with internal departments to prioritize and expedite orders, and offering alternative product to meet customer delivery requirements. This position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of DeZURIK product lines, experience with production and inventory control systems, and ability to work under tight deadlines. This position is currently eligible for DeZURIK's hybrid work schedule. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

WORKING CONDITIONS Normal manufacturing and office environment. When working occasionally in some shop areas, personal protection equipment (PPE) will be recommended and/or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron and boots). Must have the ability to support extended business hours to meet customer business needs.
