The FOX Enterprise Technology PMO seeks a dynamic technology Project Manager to lead multiple technology operations, network, and/or broadcast technology initiatives across Enterprise Technology and its affiliates. This role will work alongside the Enterprise Technology leaders, managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to close, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving successful outcomes. Additional responsibilities for the technology Project Manager include (but are not limited to) full project life cycle ownership, risk analysis and mitigation, time management, stakeholder management, business relationship management, performance management, and change management.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans with business objectives, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and bottlenecks. Proactively address issues as they arise to minimize project impact.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Conducts post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and promote continuous learning.
  • Identify and implement improvements to project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist the PMO Change Management team by partnering with the technical teams in Enterprise Technology to produce high-quality materials, presentations, and visually attractive communications.
  • Act as an advocate for technology changes and drive user adoption.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience as an IT project manager with a successful track record of delivering moderately complex enterprise technology projects on time.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and a strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver impactful messages.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities; exceptional attention to detail.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello) and enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., O365, Box, Zoom, Google Suite, Slack).
  • Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and/or broadcast technology projects.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the technology industry.
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management (CAPM, PMP) are a plus.

SCHEDULE/SHIFT

  • 8-hr shift (between 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. PT), Monday - Friday. Required onsite Tuesday and Wednesday and is subject to change. Occasional weekend work or travel may be required depending on the nature of the project and production go-live dates.
  • Stay equipped with a smartphone to stay connected and address urgent matters even when away from your primary workspace.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $95,000.00-145,500.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
