In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. Do you like to tell great stories and work with leading edge gear? FOX 32 is looking for a Producer/Photographer/Editor to join the Creative Services Team. You need to be a creative, high integrity, driven person who takes pride in your work and thrives on collaboration. We are a tight team that works hard and loves to win. We're looking for people with ideas beyond a typical promotional spot and who want to make short-form videos and digital franchises in addition to topicals and image spots. Must have a can-do attitude and enjoy problem-solving.

Job Summary

The Multimedia & Commercial Producer will work with our Sales Team to create attention-grabbing commercials for clients on linear TV and streaming platforms. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following duties.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Conceive, pitch, write, produce, and edit engaging commercial spots.
  • Produce client-sponsored promotional content.
  • Successfully execute projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ensure that assigned projects are organized, executed, and delivered on schedule.
  • Demonstrate responsibility for all equipment issued by FOX.
  • Comply with all FOX Corporate computer requirements.
  • Comply with all FOX Corporate and station policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong editing and graphic design skills.
  • Strong image and promotion writing skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and proven experience in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products.
  • Proficiency with TV/Film lighting and audio gear.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate successfully with all departments.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented self-starter.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may require nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays, and emergency scenarios.
  • Must provide a reel of work examples as part of the interview process.
  • Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum three (3) years of video production and marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience shooting with DSLR cameras.
  • Experience in documentary/reality production a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, Radio/TV, or related discipline preferred.
