Assembler I Shift: 1st, (7am-3:30pm) *Pay: $18-$19 (Based on Experience)* Our client is seeking a dependable and safety-minded Assembler I to join our team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for assembling parts and components according to specifications, using hand tools and equipment under direct supervision. Job Description: Assemble components per customer specifications and quality standards Secure and organize required parts and materials for assembly tasks Operate hand tools and nail guns safely and efficiently Stack, label, and package finished products as needed Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any concerns Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area Ensure all products meet quality compliance standards Follow all safety rules, procedures, and work instructions Complete production documentation as required Participate in safety and continuous improvement (CI) programs Perform other duties as assigned by supervision Qualifications: Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required 6+ months of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
