Purpose:

As part of the Worley Graduate Community and under supervision and mentorship within the Civil/Structural Engineering department, you will assist in the delivery of engineering services to Worley' and our customers'.

Responsibilities:



  • Entry level professional position within the Civil engineering department.
  • Performs relatively routine activities and tasks related to their area of focus under close supervision.
  • Typically requires pre-knowledge of the discipline theories, principles and practices learned through college course work or prior work experiences.
  • Develops broader knowledge through performing structured functional assignments, such as collecting and analyzing data related to specific tasks.
  • Greatest focus is on learning and application of the department engineering skills.
  • Able to learn and adequately demonstrate all the basic skills needed for advancement.


What you will bring



  • Basic knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted office procedures.
  • Generally, 0-2 years of experience in Civil or Structural Engineering.


Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:



  • BS or MS in Civil Engineering or related degree field.


Preferred:



  • EIT preferred.


Special Job Requirements



  • Computer proficiency required, Familiar with engineering software applications, basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail important.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete assignments.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills in English are important.
  • Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information is critical.


Additional Information:





    • This role is in California.
    • Salary Range $69,143-$101,681
    • This position is anticipated to start June/July 2025.
    • Benefits: eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc.
