Partner with the best

Coordinates and oversees work at the a field site, providing quality service to the customer. Job role may include sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities. Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used.

The Field Service Resident Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical advice and supervision to customer in the Routine Maintenance.
  • Providing customer personnel on the job training.
  • Coordinating Planned and Unplanned Maintenance Services.
  • Assessing the operating condition of the Units and address any Customer concerns.
  • Conducting Units and quarterly review maintenance planning meetings, pre-outage meetings and post-outages meetings.
  • Tracking the repair of Parts in the repair facilities and maintain a status chart of the Parts in repair.
  • Responding to customer technical inquiries on the Units, investigate problem areas and reliability improvement efforts.
  • Provide information regarding the latest advancements in conversion modification and upgrade opportunities and assist with the implementation thereof.
  • Identifying "critical to quality" which need improvement and structure projects and action items to address the needs.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Two-year Technical Degree preferred and industry experience and Turbomachinery Product Services product line training required.
  • Be specialized on Heavy Duty Gas Turbine Products.
  • Have industry experience and EIT product line training required
  • Have acquired expertise in more than one EIT rotating Equipment product.
  • Have knowledge and the skills to coordinate, and organize the commissioning and start-up activities of EIT rotating equipment.
