Please Note: This job has a 97% travel requirement and requires a Class A CDL Reporting out of Indianapolis, IN Supervise, plan or organize aerial construction efforts through In-house construction teams and contract labor for new construction, maintenance, rebuild projects & storm restoration. Responsible for In-house productivity, safety and quality of work performed within the aerial construction department. Responsible and/or supports the hiring, training, development, production and performance management of the In-house aerial construction teams and contract labor. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Monitor daily production and submit/review daily production reports.
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Required Education
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
3+ years of OSP construction work experience in Telecom field

Project supervision in HFC/FTTH construction

WORKING CONDITIONS
Office and field environment
Work indoors in confined space, poorly ventilated areas such as attics, basements, crawlspaces and/or manholes
Exposure to dust, dirt, noise, insects, rodents, pets, and cleaning solutions
Work outdoors in all kinds of weather and at all times of the day or night
Work performed near power lines and electricity
Work performed at various heights above ground on telephone/power poles
Work with or near Aerial & UG machinery & vehicles
Work and travel in inclement weather
Travel Required with In-house crews
