Woodhull Medical Center, a leading teaching affiliate of NYU Grossman School of Medicine located in Brooklyn, NY, is actively seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine to join our expanding team. This position offers a flexible balance of inpatient and outpatient responsibilites, allowing for a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience. Woodhull Medical Center is conveniently accessible via public transportation, and parking accomodations for those who require them. Position Overview: * Engage in outpatient services (~50%) and inpatient care (~50%), including rotational ICU and overnight call responsibilities * Provide Medical ICU and step-down coverage * Perform procedures such as indwelling pleural catheters and robotic bronchoscopy * Manage Inpatient pulmonary consults. * Contribute to the education of over 70 internal medicine residents and medical students Qualifications: * MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine * Eligible for NY medical licensure * Commitment to excellence in clinical care, teaching, and teamwork * Strong interest in serving a diverse urban patient population We offer a competitive compensation package and access to NYU Langone Health benefits, including: * Annual Base Salary: $306,000 - $350,000 * 403(b)/457 plans with 10% employer contribution (no employee match required) * Up to $30,000 in annual productivity-based revenue sharing * One-week paid CME + CME reimbursement ($3,000-$3,500 annually) * 24 vacation days, 12 sick days, and 12 recognized holidays * Full benefits: medical, dental, prescription, disability, and life insurance * NYU college tuition remission for employees and dependents * NYU faculty appointment and academic affiliation * Medical malpractice coverage provided * Loan forgiveness options (including PSLF eligibility) * Visa sponsorship available NYU Langone Health is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting and employment.
