JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is seeking people with excellent driving records and customer service skills to operate golf carts as part of our customer assistance staff at Beaver Stadium football games. Our staff takes fans needing assistance to and from their seats by golf cart in a pedestrian-heavy environment. Staff typically arrive two hours before kickoff and stay one hour after the game ends, or until all waiting fans have been served. Successful candidates will have unblemished driving records, have great people skills, and are able to work in a high stress environment with diplomacy and tact. Must be available to work during all home football games in all types of weather.
