PTC is seeking a RockStar in the Buckhead office 3 times a week. (Parking available)

Lead the infrastructure and application integration for a large-scale secure implementation supporting a growing and expanding business. Working in a secure environment, this role is focused on delivering a Cloud application and data and leveraging United States Government DoD standards for compliance. This is individual serves as the primary focal point for integrating the application and infrastructure components and works key stakeholders providing the necessary direction and expertise to integrate the web, application, database and management and security components. This role works closely with other application, infrastructure, network, and database engineers to deliver a secure solution

This is individual serves as the primary focal point for integrating the application and infrastructure components and works key stakeholders providing the necessary direction and expertise to integrate the web, application, database and management and security components. This role works closely with other application, infrastructure, network, and database engineers to deliver a secure solution and must have a US Government Security Clearance (Secret).

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Lead the overall architecture and integration of infrastructure, network, application, database, security, and management tooling.
  • Broad understanding of overall cloud architecture and how components integrate.
  • Integrate single PKI/SAML across infrastructure, web, network, application, database, and security.
  • Understand and apply product features to enhance security posture, operational efficiency, change management and automation.
  • Configure/Integrate and management and support packages.
  • Integrate management and support packages into PKI infrastructure.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Detailed understanding of virtualized platforms, Linux, and Windows use and administration and applicable security vulnerabilities and controls
  • Detailed understanding of web, application, and database architectures and applicable security vulnerabilities and controls
  • Linux/Windows administration and scripting
  • Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies
  • Knowledge of encryption algorithms (e.g., Internet Protocol Security [IPSEC], Advanced Encryption Standard [AES], Generic Routing Encapsulation [GRE], Internet Key Exchange [IKE], Secure Hash Algorithm [SHA])
  • Lead discussions with key stakeholders regarding the overall cloud architecture, technology, and security controls.
  • Experience with automating deployments using tools such as SaltStack, Ansible, and Artifactory.

Experience:

  • Detailed understanding and hands-on experience with multi-tier web application architecture, Apache, SAML, PKI, web services.
  • Demonstrated hands -on experience integrating web and cloud environments in a virtualized architecture.
  • Experience supporting web applications built using JAVA, JSP, XML, Ant.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • US Citizen
  • Prefer a US Government Security Clearance (Secret)
  • Ability to work on-site in the Atlanta Office for the majority of working hours and on-call support as needed.
  • Ability to travel for initial training and setup activities. (1-2 times per month for up to 3 days)
  • Strong oral and written communication capability.Clearly communicate complex ideas into simple terms for key stakeholders.
