  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Dive into assessment data, analyze it, and report key findings to relevant stakeholders. Your insights will drive the success of our programs!
  • Policy & Procedure Development: Develop clear, actionable policies and procedures that align with our program's goals and ensure we're always moving in the right direction.
  • Community Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with community organizations and health professionals. Your skills in coalition building will be key to the program's success.
  • Event Follow-Up: Stay on top of all community health events, making sure to follow up with participants and presenters to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Education: A Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology, with a current license to practice as a Psychologist in Missouri.
  • Experience: At least 1.5 years of experience working in behavioral health, with a focus on women's health and maternal health issues. You'll bring knowledge of community health planning and coalition-building skills.
  • Maternal Health Expertise: Extensive training and experience working with women's health and perinatal (maternal) populations, so you understand the unique needs of this community.
  • Organizational Skills: You've got the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and hit critical deadlines while keeping the big picture in focus.
  • Communication Mastery: You can confidently present to both small and large groups, and your verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are top-notch.
  • Data-Savvy: You're skilled in data collection and analysis and know how to use that information to improve programs and report on their success.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, so you can manage program details and communicate effectively.

If you're ready to make a tangible impact on maternal health and lead an exciting, meaningful initiative, we want to hear from you! Apply today and help us shape a brighter future for women and families in our community!
