Support care management staff with delivery of service to clients. Act as client advocate to support with health system navigation and education.RESPONSIBILITIES
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college/degree in human services related field preferred. Institute on Aging reserves the right to revise job descriptions or work hours as required. COMPENSATION: Range: $ 25.15 - 31.60/hour This amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education and other factors.
