Who You Are: Versar is seeking Jr. Environmental Scientists who are passionate about a broad range of environmental service areas including climate adaptation, ecological restoration, environmental compliance and remediation, NEPA and planning, and natural and cultural resources management. This is an entry-level job and an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow professionally while supporting interesting and diverse projects primarily for the Department of Defense (DoD). This role is organized under Versar's Environmental Management Group and offers a flexible, collaborative, and welcoming work environment. Location Requirements This position can accommodate remote work but ability to report to an office location part-time is ideal (Washington, DC, Columbia, MD, Newport News, VA, Richardson and El Paso, TX). Compensation Expected Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 Versar Global Solutions is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the Company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
