The SCE role at Insight focuses on strategic sales and managing large indirect teams to drive long-term client partnerships within the Summit Markets. - Drive strategy from a written account plan to achieve long-term client partnerships within the Central/Summit Markets
- Manage large indirect teams to align clients to multiple Insight pillars and establish Insight as a true partner
- Utilize executive sponsors and the Voice of the Customer process for strategic management of extended team resources
- Demonstrate a customer-first mindset and bring creative ideas to clients to deliver unique value
- Align behaviors with Insight's Leadership Commitments, including Creating Clarity, Inspiring People, Demonstrating Thought Leadership, and Delivering Results
- Guide teams and clients through complex environments, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistency of interview process and validation of "Fit for Insight" and "Fit for Role"
- Support Insight's strategic objectives of Client First, Delivering Differentiation, and Champion culture for profitable growth
- Participate in behavioral interviews to assess alignment with Insight's core values and objectives.
