Job Description- Maintains knowledge of and engage training partners - Develops expertise on training providers in region, including: Key programs, Prerequisites, Training cycles - Solicits feedback from training providers regarding ideal applicants and success of past referrals Coordinates with Market Makers on all the above - Connects existing customers to training opportunities and build marketing campaign - Utilizes data to recruit customers Meets with and assess needs of customers, including: Career aspirations, current skill level and future training needs, personal preferences - Assesses customer's fit with training programs to ensure enrollment readiness Works with customers to identify potential training programs - Supports customers' application(s) by answering basic questions and making direct connections to training partner(s) as needed - Assists customers in navigating resources - Refers customers to support services before and after training enrollment to ensure access to support programs (mentorship, housing, childcare vouchers, etc.) - Checks in at least once with enrolled customers to promote persistence - Provides customers post-placement support for programs - Engages internal stakeholders for technical assistance and sharing best practices - Other duties as assigned Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in related field with two-years' experience and/or training involving career counseling, case management, recruitment, or counseling, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience - System knowledge and knowledge of regional employment trends - Proficient in MS Office Suit, including Excel, Word, and Outlook and have general office skills Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills - Ability to develop case plans, executing, addendum development, and understand the importance of providing excellent customer service - Ability to provide attention to detail - Passion to improve the life of others - Self-motivated and flexible, team player Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
