Applications will not be reviewed if CVs are not in the required format. This is in accordance with the Ohio Board of Nursing Guidelines. Official transcripts are required during the hiring process. Per the Ohio Board of Nursing guidelines, transcripts should be provided for all nursing higher education degrees obtained which may include Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree through higher levels as applicable.
