The opportunity:

As a Customer Implementation Manager at Maersk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our services for our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing the implementation process, from project planning to go-live, and ensuring that all customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation process for new and existing customers, ensuring timely and successful project delivery

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as needed

  • Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the value of our services

We are looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in logistics, including international supply chain management and forwarding services

  • Proven Project Management experience

  • Certification (PMP, ACP-PMI) preferred

  • Willingness to travel and work on-site on a project basis

  • Experience with new supply chain solutions, commercial engagement, and IT/EDI systems

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong project management tools proficiency (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and drive innovation

  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) or a related field is a plus

Pay Range: $100,000-$120,000 USD*
