Minimum Qualifications High school degree or GED; at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that is above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred. Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a similar role is highly desirable, especially in orthopedics or a surgical specialty. Excellent typing and computer skills, with proficiency in EMR systems. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, particularly in orthopedics. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and physicians.
