The Fort Worth office of RSP Architects is growing!

The predominant focus of this office is currently in the High-End Grocery/Retail markets, Supply Chain and Distribution Center sectors, and Commercial Facility design. RSP has a reputation for delivering creative, innovative, and effective solutions on time and on budget for a wide range of clients nationwide.

We are seeking Job Captains with well-rounded BIM skills and practical exposure to commercial construction document production to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Proficiency in Revit and BlueBeam is required
• 5-10+ years professional experience in an architecture firm preferred
• Working with a team from project inception through all phases of the project
• Coordination of the team and project through construction phase
• Working closely with the Project Manager and team to coordinate the work effort amongst all internal and external team members
• Communicating and integrating work efforts with the internal project team and external consultants
• Delivering overall quality consistent with scope, budget and project goals
• Actively building new and future relationships

What RSP is Looking For:

• Demonstrated talent in architectural field
• Associate or Bachelor of Architecture Degree preferred, Professional Architecture Degree a plus
• Experience working with other Team Members
• Ability to both multi-task and be organized
• A practiced communicator and presenter, able to articulate ideas
• Strong client interface skills
• A diverse portfolio including Industrial, Warehouse, Corporate, or other Commercial project experience
• Detail-oriented with a strategic, big-picture perspective
• Effective team experience working with multiple team members
• Commitment to team success
