Connection Approval Lead

Amyx is seeking to hire a Connection Approval Lead with knowlege, experience and expertise in National and DoD IT policy. The connection approval lead shall implement and/or enforce compliance of policies derived from U.S. Code, summarized in OMB Cir A-130 Appendix 3, which require specific Government authorization to operate IT systems on behalf of the Government, and enable and contribute to configuration management, processes, and procedures for managing, reviewing, and resolving authorization and connection decision actions to operate and defend the DoD networks. This position will be located at Fort Meade, MD and on-site.

This position requires knowledge and experience with establishing and maintaining a process for evaluating software and assoicated documentation.
• Expert knowledge of determining resources for quality control.
• Ability to maintain level of quality throughout the software life cycle.
• Must have the abilit to doncuct formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development lifecycle and provide daily supervision and direction to support staff.
• Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Required:

• This position requires a Bachelors degree or higher in an IT related field
• Top Secret Clerance and SCI eligibility.
• This position requires having a DoD 8570 IAM/IAT Level III Certification
• 5 years or more of experience.
