Position Responsibilities
The Sr. Corporate Renewables Recruiter is responsible for the following:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies
Network through renewables (solar & wind) societies and associations
Develop robust pipelines of renewables (solar & wind) talent
Work with the Manager of University and Trade School Relations as well as the Director of Military Relations to coordinate recruiting efforts
Conduct intake meetings to develop job descriptions, salary ranges, and recruitment timelines
Post positions in all applicable venues
Keep track of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Select and interview the best candidates and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers
Maintain all applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Maintain all requirements mandated by OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP
Prepare, seek the approval for, and deliver offer letters
Work with the Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to onboard selected employees

Position Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future
High school diploma or equivalent with a preference for a bachelor or master's degree in business or human resources
Minimum of 8 years of corporate recruiting in renewables, construction, or similar industry experience (OR a minimum of 10 years' experience as a project manager in the solar or wind industry with an interest in moving into a corporate recruiting role.)
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
Ability to work as an individual contributor and in a team environment
Ability and willingness to mentor junior recruiters
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Ability to communicate with all levels of a renewables and heavy civil construction company
PREFERENCES:
Bachelor or master's degree in business or human resources
Ability and willingness to work at the corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana
