Director of Health Services (RN) Shift Type: Full-Time Wage: 79k/ year Location: Avamere at Cascadia Village - 39495 Cascadia Village Dr. Sandy, OR 97055 Responsibilities: Responsible for reviewing physician orders and 24-hour reports. Complete assessments, such as admission and change in condition. Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules. Assist TA team in the hiring and on-boarding of clinical staff as needed. Be a key player in all state and federal surveys and in developing and deploying plans of correction. Record patient medical records using PointClickCare (EMR). Complete on-going training as assigned and as required by state licensure. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be a registered nurse with current, unencumbered license to practice un the state. Must be a hands-on leader with a desire to train and mentor. Have a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors and their families.
