Test Technician

As our Test Technician, you will be responsible for supporting our Quality Assurance department by interpreting and testing for AS9100 QMS standards. You'll enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, and fast (high-mix/low-volume) manufacturing operation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be proficient in interpreting drawing, specifications, and test requirements
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in product testing
• Minimum of 1 years experience with cable harnesses/ wiring/ electrical experience
• Must be able to independently perform workload

What will you be Accountable for?

• Perform all testing electro-mechanical and mechanical sub-systems, integration, assemblies, test platforms, and components for defense, aerospace, avionic and industrial applications
• Maintain test reports
• Maintenance test machines
• Issue and follow-up of non-conforming reports

How will you Collaborate?

You will collaborate with production regarding any product testing failures. Collaborate across Winchester in a way that leads by example, exhibits empathy, ensures task ownership, and uses data to make decisions.

What are you Empowered to do?

• Enforce and interpret the Quality and AS9100 QMS standards
• Involve supervisor with all quality deficiencies

Pay Transparency:
Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $19.00 /hr to $23.00 /hr. The exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
