Digital Adoption Manager

We're seeking a curious, continuous learner to join our team as a Digital Adoption Manager to help KeyBank adopt and then maximize its platform usage for both internal and client-facing applications. You will be responsible for developing, planning and managing the implementation and integration of these platforms with Key systems, as well as working with partners to craft experiences that accomplish goals within timeframes and funding allocated. This role will report to the Senior Adoption Strategist.

Essential Functions

  • Dig into new systems and learn how they work.
  • Leverage expertise to help the organization maximize its platform usage, including new features and releases.
  • Regularly review use of platforms across the organization and make recommendations to promote use and adoption.
  • Serve as a thought partner to teams on how to best utilize these platforms for their needs.
  • Adapt to the level of support needed by each internal partner to stand up experiences on these platforms.
  • Build the desired experience on the platform and/or train internal team members and consult on builds.
  • Work with technology teams to implement/integrate platforms with other Key systems.
  • Manage permissions and maintain accurate access levels across the organization.
  • Develop documentation and guides to support staff in utilizing platforms.
  • Develop and provide initial training to staff across the org as needed.
  • Build rapport, confidence and trust between operational leaders, product managers, and internal clients to further drive adoption.
  • Work on multiple projects at once, sometimes as an individual contributor and sometimes consulting with teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years working in digital platforms, Web CMS, ESP, testing/personalization and/or other digital technologies/tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, Agile, and data-driven environment.
  • Digital native with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, disrupters, and best practices.
  • Working knowledge and appreciation for user-centered design and digital user experience.
  • Passionate about leveraging user-generated data and third-party data to create intelligent software driven customer experiences.
  • Adept at working with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, decision making and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with WalkMe, Fullstory, and/or Relay Network (SMS).
  • Experience in the financial services industry.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance. Key has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. As a result, this role may be Mobile or Home-based, which means you may work primarily either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties.
