Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a Business Development (BD) Senior Capture Manager to support its subsidiary, CAMRIS International, at their Home Office in Bethesda, MD. The incumbent will work under the HJF Vice President, Global Research Development, and closely with the CAMRIS Team, and HJF BD Team to direct and manage strategic pursuits in collaboration with Contracts, Program Management, HR, Pricing, and Proposal Leads. The Capture Manager will bolster CAMRIS efforts to raise awareness of CAMRIS services, understand and shape customer requirements, and build strategic relationships with new and existing clients. The Senior Capture Manager will manage and coordinate team efforts focused on developing new funding opportunities for HJF's subsidiary, CAMRIS International. Develops and maintains key customer relationships that are built on trust and excellence. Serves as a valued advisor on developing proposal win themes, bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies. Bolsters efforts to raise awareness of research support services across client base, builds strategic relationships with existing clients as a trusted advisor, works in a cross functional environment to ensure efforts to achieve client goals are ultimately implemented, and identifies a variety of funding opportunities.
