Job Summary The Associate Director of Development is a Leadership Annual Giving Officer (LAGO) that will facilitate engagement among donors, alumni, friends, parents, faculty, staff and students of the College of Nursing and Health Professions (CNHP). The primary function of this position is to engage and build relationships with these prospective donors to identify their area of interest, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward philanthropic support. The LAGO is a member of the Institutional Advancement team (IA) and has the primary responsibility of front-line solicitation for gifts that will focus two-fold on increasing annual gifts and building the pipeline of donors exhibiting giving capacity of $2,500 to $49,999, while also identifying potential major gift donors. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Essential Functions

Location Hybrid: Remote/University City, Philadelphia PA Additional Information This position is classified as Exempt, grade M. Compensation for this grade ranges from $75,200 -$112,790 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
