Location:Chattanooga, TN Job ID: #69845 Pay Range: $13-15 Job Summary: The primary focus of the RER Clerical Assistant is to support the Warehouse Logistics Coordinator at the Replacement Components 3PL warehouse in Chattanooga, TN, specifically in the areas of Receiving Exceptions. This position is onsite in a warehouse/operations environment, reports to Carrier's onsite Supervisor, and has primary responsibility for ensuring compliance with Company standards for managing receiving exceptions Responsibilities include: * Analyze and resolve issues with Supplier receipt exceptions * Oversee the receipt exception database, processes, and areas * Work with Receiving team on receipt exception verification Minimum Qualifications: * HS Diploma or Equivalent * 2 Years experience in administration/coordination in Logistics, Shipping/Receiving Preferred Qualifications: * Strong Microsoft Excel skills * Analytical ability * Ability to prioritize obligations and work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated detail orientation * Superior follow-up and follow-through skills HS Diploma/GED Monday-Friday 8-5 100% on-site Benefits provided: 401K,medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
