Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd /3rd Shift

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and reliable production line operations. You'll oversee maintenance activities, manage periodic revision programs, and support new projects to minimize downtime and contribute to the company's success. Strong leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills are key to excelling in this role.

Shift Details:

• 2nd Shift: 1:30pm - 10:00pm
• 3rd Shift: 9:30pm - 6:00am
• Reports to Mechanical Manager and eligible for overtime incentives.

• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, offering guidance and feedback.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Inspect machinery to identify and address issues.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with other departments to avoid downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-conscious culture.
• Maintain records of work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
• Manage external contractors for specialized repairs as needed.
• Work with procurement to ensure necessary spare parts are available.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

• Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Previous experience in a Mechanical role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Willingness to work off-hours or on-call for emergencies.
