JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We're looking for a US Advertising and Promotion Scientist Lead that works with integrity, has strategic orientation, is flexible/adaptable to change, and has excellent communication skills to join our Regulatory Labeling, Advertising and Promotion team located in Atlanta, GA. Please Note: Our hire would ideally be based out of our US Headquarters in Atlanta, GA, but could also be based out of our Raleigh, NC or Cambridge, MA locations. Position Overview: The US Advertising and Promotion Scientist Lead oversees the development, execution, and compliance of advertising and promotional materials for UCB products. They collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment with FDA regulations/guidelines and business objectives. They provide oversight of the US Regulatory Advertising and Promotion Team including Advertising and Promotion Scientists as well as Labeling Scientists and provide guidance to direct reports on matters pertaining to promotional strategies. Serves as Regulatory Advertising and Promotion representative on project teams and committees where decisions and outcomes potentially impact all products. Major Responsibilities:

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $121,900 - $160,000 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
