2025 Summer Internship

The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of tasks for our stadium events and will be able to work weekends and evenings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-of event execution.
  • Create floorplans and layouts for special events.
  • Manage inventory of private event supplies.
  • Complete market research to identify new client opportunities.
  • Update event details on event accounts for other key departments to operate the event.
  • Create an Event Activation Spreadsheet with companies/estimates to enhance event experiences.
  • Coordinate pick-ups of event materials as needed.
  • Organize & track promotional item inventory.
  • Record notes from client calls and share with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Assist with creating staff logistical information.
  • Update tracking sheets with community event information.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
  • Professional demeanor and positive outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal, general writing, and verbal communication skills are required
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally in the sports industry
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited institution and have an academic status of junior, senior or graduate level
  • Minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale preferred
