Your Opportunity:

Reindl Bindery, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Mechanic Technician in Germantown, WI,

Your Shift: 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair bindery equipment and other facility machinery.

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and diagnose issues promptly.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

You Must Have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, electric distribution, or machine controls (technical degree or certificate preferred but not required)

• Ability to read and follow instructions from technical documents.

• Competency in basic math and the ability to operate machinery and handle equipment

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

• Frequently required to move inside the facility

• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• Stability in employment with a consistent work history over the past five years.

• Previous experience with industrial electric, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting production equipment.
