Vice President, Head of Client Relationships

Role Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year + annual bonus

Summary:

We are seeking a Vice President, Head of Client Relationship and Sales to join the team within Premier Trust, a member of Osaic. This position is responsible for working with the CEO to manage key client relationships, lead and manage Premier's Business Development Team and drive growth for the company. The role will work with the CEO to drive marketing efforts in coordination with Premier Trust's parent company, Osaic, Inc.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the CEO to develop and manage Premier Trust's business development plan
  • Responsible for identifying industry growth opportunities and executing forward-looking strategy accordingly
  • Work with Premier executives to create an efficient marketing and branding program
  • Individually build new client relationships
  • Coordinate with outside referral sources and other departments, such as trust administration, with respect to schedules and procedures
  • Prepare and deliver formal business presentations to qualified prospective representatives highlighting Premier Trust platform, products, technology, and service. Answer questions and utilize sales techniques to recruit business
  • Performs personnel actions including performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, supervises the activities of employees including, but not limited to, effective delegation of assignments, developing work schedules and providing necessary training.
  • Complies with Bank Secrecy Act ("BSA"), OFAC Anti-Money Laundering ("AML"), and compliance policies, procedures, and processes related to job duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical Experience will be considered

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the financial services industry, Trust Administration experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience business development experience, including designing and implementing a program
  • Preferred: Intermediate knowledge of related state compliance regulations, and other trust operational policies
  • Preferred: Intermediate knowledge of trust policies and procedures, and trust products and services
  • Ability to work with a variety of technology (Office, Salesforce, etc.) and tools to support reporting, searching, and communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a changing environment, ability to self-manage
  • Ability to work flexible hours (may require evening and weekends)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, marketing experience a plus
