How you will contribute: The Special Hazards/Fire AlarmSuperintendent is involved inmanaging the field technicians, equipment, and material procurement, supporting the Operations team with scheduling of inspections and small to midsize project installations.You are responsible for scheduling andconducting onsite safety audits to ensure the safety of employees and the worksite. You will be involved inperforming inspections, testing, and installing small to midsize projects. Monitor and report on the progress and outcome of each inspection and project, problem-solving, and make adjustments as needed to maintain the quality, safety, and profitability of each job.You will be responsible for managing employees, management responsibilities which includes attracting, hiring, and performance reviews of each employee. In addition, you will need to coach, mentor, develop, train, and terminate employees. What you need to qualify: Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma and a minimum of five years of construction or service experience in the Special Hazards/Fire Alarm industry. Candidates must have a clean driving record to operate company vehicles, travel locally throughout Northeast Wisconsinfor the position, and pass an appropriate drug screen and physical. Successful candidates must be self-starters, able to lead and direct others, have a strong mechanical background, have a good working and learning attitude, and be able to work in a fast-paced service environment.
